Buffbunny Collection was founded in 2016 by Heidi Somers with one goal: to create activewear that celebrates every woman’s journey. Heidi set out to design clothes that didn’t just fit well, they made women feel seen, strong, and empowered.
Our growth has always been driven by community, purpose, and passion. Buffbunny Collection was built by women, for women, and that will never change.

Purpose-Driven Designs
At Buffbunny Collection, every product begins with intention. We don’t believe in fast fashion, we believe in meaningful design. From the first sketch to the final sample, each piece is thoughtfully created to support you, move with you, and empower you through every stage of your journey.
We are a launch-based brand, releasing exclusive, limited-edition collections every 4 to 8 weeks. Each piece is intentionally crafted in small batches, meaning once it’s gone, it may not return. This model allows us to pour creativity, care, and purpose into every drop while offering you something truly special and one-of-a-kind.
Our design team spends 6 to 24 months developing every product, carefully considering how it fits, feels, and functions. Because activewear should do more than look good - it should make you feel unstoppable.
Innovative Fabrics & Fit
At Buffbunny Collection, fabric is foundational. We custom-develop our materials to meet the highest standards of softness, durability, and performance. Our signature NuBre® fabric exemplifies this commitment, double-brushed for an ultra-soft, second-skin feel, it’s breathable, supportive, and designed to move with you.
Beyond NuBre®, we also innovate with specialty fabrics like Dream Heather, which features recycled polyester and is known for its soft, textured finish and sustainability benefits. Our Collagen fabric, made with Umorfil® collagen fiber, is designed to be ultra-gentle on the skin, blending luxurious feel with wellness-forward function. Each fabric is thoughtfully selected to provide the perfect balance of comfort and performance.
Our pieces are wear-tested on diverse body types to ensure they offer support, flexibility, and comfort in motion. With inclusive sizing and designs engineered to flatter, our activewear empowers every woman to feel confident and strong.

Made With Care - For You & the Planet
Empowerment doesn’t stop at what we create, it extends to how we create it. At Buffbunny Collection, we believe that designing with intention also means caring for our planet and the people involved in every step of production.
We incorporate sustainable materials like recycled polyester in our Dream Heather fabric and use Umorfil® collagen fiber for a soft, skin-friendly, eco-conscious feel. To reduce waste, we repurpose leftover fabric into scrunchies and headbands, donate wearable samples to local women’s shelters, and send unusable items to design schools for creative reuse. Every product is shipped in 100% recyclable packaging, with many components made from recycled materials.
We proudly partner with high-quality, fair-trade manufacturers across the globe selected based on their specialization in premium performance fabrics. Each manufacturing partner is carefully vetted and visited (by our team and third-party auditors) to ensure ethical practices, clean and safe working conditions, fair wages, and a zero-tolerance policy for child labor.
