Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Go to our Returns & Exchanges tab and fill out the form to start your return/exchange process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have all original tags attached. Please see FAQ page for additional info.
Some types of items are exempt from being returned. Items such as shakers and signed posters cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
Custom meal and workout programs
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Markdown items & items purchased from events:
Items that have been marked down or purchased from an event are non-returnable & non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We can exchange full priced items for a different size if you do not love the fit of your purchase. If you need to exchange an item please fill out the form on our Returns & Exchanges page.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Shipping fees charged by Buffbunny Collection DO NOT include customs and duty fees that may be charged by the country of residence. We are not responsible for these taxes and fees and will not refund these incurred charges. Please be aware that you may be charged an additional fee to have the items delivered to your door. These fees vary based on your country of residence.
Right of Withdrawal:
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.
At checkout, you may add withdrawal coverage to your order. If you purchased withdrawal coverage, your return shipping is fully covered at no additional cost when you exercise your right of withdrawal. Please note that customers who do not purchase withdrawal coverage are responsible under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.
We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.
This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
